Fern View House is a luxury villa with simply stunning panoramic views of Loch Ness.

The space

Located in Abriachan overlooking Loch Ness, the location of Fern View House offers perfect tranquillity and simply awe-inspiring views.

The hillside garden is filled with exotic plants, from olive trees to mountain roses; there is also a feature waterfall and a stream running through the grounds. A sprawling patio area provides the perfect viewing point to look out for the Loch Ness Monster. There are 2 garden seating areas with fire pits, so you can continue to enjoy the outdoor space on a cooler day; while the play area is sure to keep younger guests entertained.

You can cook up a feast in the outdoor kitchen complete with pizza oven, BBQ and gas hob or retreat indoors to the luxurious high-spec kitchen and dining area with wonderful views over the Loch. 

Enjoy putting your feet up in the light and spacious living room, with a log burner for cosy evenings spent reading, playing games and watching TV.  There’s also office space for those who wish to work in a room with a view, and direct access to the stunning patio. 

The master suite, with ceiling-to-floor windows, offering superlative views over Loch Ness is accessed via a separate staircase with superking bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

Two additional bedrooms have kingsize beds and en-suites, while a further double and twin bedroom share a bathroom.

This house really is something special (and we’re not biased!) – it has to be seen to be believed.
